Your benefits

  • Non-destructive
No sampling required, no damage to the screed
  • Quick and straightforward
Precise measurement results in just a few seconds
  • Reproducible
High measurement reliability thanks to modern sensor technology

  • Easy to use
No time-consuming preparation required; ready for immediate use
  • Versatile
Can be used even when underfloor heating is in operation
  • Reduces errors
Fewer manual steps – fewer sources of error

Our innovative technology uses electromagnetic waves
to measure the moisture content in the screed
quickly, accurately and reliably.

For greater efficiency, safety and reproducibility.

This is how the RAW method works:

Measuring device: Transmitter + Detector
Thetransmitter emits “radar radiation”

Molecules are excited
Molecules align themselves

“Radar radiation” arrives at the detector with a time delay;
this time delay results in the residual moisture

What was standard practice yesterday is being rethought today.

For many years, CM measurement was regarded as the only method capable of providing a directly usable result for moisture determination on the building site.

Total measurement time: approx. 20 mins
For critical values: 3 measurements

Until now, the CM method was regarded as the only measurement method available that could be used on building sites to provide a directly usable result.

That was yesterday…

Demands in the construction industry are rising – speed, precision and the careful handling of materials are more important today than ever before.
The newly developed RAW measurement system meets precisely these requirements and thus sets a new standard.

RAW measurement – fast, accurate, non-destructive

The future of residual moisture measurement starts now

A modern benchmark for an industry that expects more, because:

 Quality is non-negotiable
