DOSAGE

  • 50 kg Cement
  • 250 ml Nippon SZ

The mixing instructions refer to a standard mixing vessel with a gross capacity of 250 litres.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill the mixing vessel halfway with granulate.
  • Add cement and Nippon SZ to the mixing water.
  • Pour in the remaining granulate.
  • Gradually and evenly fill with the water.
  • We recommend adding water gradually with a watering can to ensure even distribution.
  • Final mixing period 2 minutes

Aggregates

  • 200 litres of untreated styrofoam fill
  • max. 20 l water
  • Cement according to release list PCT Chemie

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • After transporting the material to the processing site, distribute the levelling fill accordingly and level it off.
  • Always compact the levelling fill using a hand tamper.
  • For layer thicknesses over 10 cm, compact in layers.

Airing

  • After installation, ventilate the floor for 20 minutes 2-3 times a day in order to achieve readiness for covering.
  • It is possible to use condensation dryers to accelerate the filler drying process, especially at layer thicknesses over 200 mm.

CM MEASUREMENT

  • The moisture can be measured with a CM measuring device.
  • To do so, the weight of 20 g sample material (taken over the total cross-section of the levelling filler) is sufficient.
  • Workability for laying the insulation is obtained if the CM value is ≤ 9 %.
